Before you make a booking request for home and pet sitting, please read and understand the key criteria outlined below, as it may not be suitable for you and your pets needs:

• House sits must be for a minimum of 7 nights and a maximum of 42 nights [sit lengths under or over this time frame may be considered, but please contact me to discuss your needs first].

• House sits must be located within London tube zones 1-3. Zones 4-6 will be considered if the home is located close to good public transport links.

• House sits should be undertaken in private, i.e. I will be the only resident of the home during the entire sit length, [no lodgers, minors, family members or other persons should be present overnight].

• Animals must be in good health and well behaved / trustworthy off lead and have good recall.

• Animals must be able to be left alone for a minimum of 4 hours at a time.

• Animals with long term health issues, allergies, special dietary requirements or animals who require medication are always considered, but this information must be discussed up front and in detail.

• Home / Pet owner must be willing to provide ID and consent to a reference check and zoom / whatsapp call in advance of the sit, to meet properly and discuss their needs. In person meets can also be arranged.

• ​Home / Pet owners must have their own home / pet insurance and be able to provide proof of such.

• Pets must be registered with a local veterinary practice and the details provided in advance of the sit.

• Advance warning of any visitors to the home, such as family, cleaners, gardeners etc must be given.

• House & Pet Sits can only be booked a maximum of 6 months in advance of your departure date.
